This is a special apartment, on the corner of the 9th floor, with a panoramic view over the Thames, Tate Gallery, Palace of Westminster (House of Commons and House of Lords) and the London Eye. The property enjoys great transportation links on its doorstep, being adjacent to London’s first integrated transport centre and giving immediate access to the underground (Vauxhall tube station – Victoria line), buses, rail network and river transport. In addition there’s a “Boris Bike” hire station and fully secure basement parking. London’s West End is within walking distance.

The St George Wharf complex is one of London’s premier developments located right on the river and enjoying several on-site bars and restaurants, convenience stores, medical centre and health and fitness centre.

The apartment sleeps 4 in two bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Wireless internet access is provided. Basement parking @ £35/day is available.

The spacious living area (22ft11 x 14ft4, 6.7m x 4.4m) is at the far end of a hallway and boasts large windows that look out across the city. French windows open out onto a balcony which provides a table and two chairs – a perfect spot for watching the world pass by below!

The modern room is bright and airy and has a comfortable feel. There are two large leather sofas at the far end where you can relax and watch a DVD or one of the many digital channels on the flat-screen TV. This area also provides the best river views – so you can sit back from the comfort of the sofa and soak up the river and city landscape.

The eclectic mix of furniture and collection of interesting ornaments/artwork creates a comfortable atmosphere with plenty of character. There is a stereo where you can listen to your own CDs, work area with a desk and chair, dining area with a dining table and four chairs and a bar area with several stools.

The kitchen (10ft5 x 9ft8, 3.2m x 3m) is modern in style and with a marble floor, silver and grey work surfaces and stainless steel and chrome appliances. It provides everything you will need: kettle, coffee machine, toaster, modern oven with electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine.

The master bedroom (12ft10 x 9ft8, 3.7m x 3m) is modern in style with a double bed (6ft6 / 1.98m long, 5ft2 / 1.58m wide), mirrored fitted wardrobes, flat-screen TV with DVD player, two bedside cabinets with lamps, several works of art on the walls and views of the Thames from the side window. It has its own en-suite bathroom with marble floor, tiled walls, shower, basin and loo.

The second bedroom (12ft10 x 6ft2, 3.7m x 1.9m) is slightly smaller but still very comfortable for two people with a double bed (6ft3 / 1.91m long, 4ft / 1.22m wide) plenty of storage in the fitted wardrobes.

There is a second bathroom with bath+over-shower, basin and loo.
The St. George Wharf complex is right beside Vauxhall Bridge, walk across it and you are then in Pimlico, with Westminster on your right – The Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament) are a 10 minute walk.

Between the bridge and Victoria, in the heart of Pimlico, there is a good selection of restaurants and bars. And if you want to go further afield you are well placed for the tube or to grab a passing taxi.

Cancellation policy

More than 28 days prior to arrival: loss of booking deposit. 

Between 28 days and 14 days prior to arrival: loss of 50% of the rental paid plus administration charge and any amendment fees. 

Less than 14 days prior to arrival and non arrivals: 100% of monies paid.

Things to know

House rules


First, we need to check if the property is available. If it is, you’ll need to pay 10% of the total cost to reserve it. This deposit cannot be refunded.

The rest of the payment is due 28 days before your arrival.

If you’re going to arrive in less than 28 days, you need to pay the full amount.

Security Deposit

A security deposit will be added to the cost of your stay on confirmation of availability.

The security deposit, less any charges, will be refunded to your card normally no more than 15 days after your departure.

CHS Rentals

Please note that our normal minimum length of stay is 3 nights, a stay of just 2 nights – if available, is subject to a 20% surcharge. Over Christmas and New Year our minimum stay is 5 nights.
